Welcome to my blog!
Trust me, it’s true! But the PhD kind. Me, running a tech testing show at the X-Games in 2016. Me and Steve on the hill! Steve and I at the Ice Hotel in Norway in 2020 Steve and G baby on our lawn in front of Piestewa Peak Me and G man at Horseshoe Bend!
I’m a serial hobbyist, entrepreneur, artist, explorer, wanderer, maker, and techie. In my free time I also run machine learning and software teams at Amazon and teach GMAT for ManhattanPrep. In case you’re interested, you can find my resume here. I’ve also written a very nerdy book on building embedded technology with new processors (Intel Edison) and have a lot of publications and patents. I currently have 1372 citations and an h-index of 15.
Over time I’ve developed what my husband likes to call a “Yelp like knowledge of the universe.” I love to share my learnings on everything in a truly democratic fashion; you want it, you got it! You don’t want it, sure! Just ignore.
So, please enjoy exploring! I’m always open to feedback and requests as well 🙂
